The Last Round : Part 1

Time for an update , busy with a multitude of projects once again on the go .

 I'll start with a project that will comprise of a Tiger 1 Late dio situated on the eastern front. She was a shelf queen for a period of time , but with some focus I can call it 90% complete. Waiting for it's environment to be completed .

Behold the mighty Tiger 1 Late of Schwere-Panzer-Abteilung 510. A little back history : The 510th was formed June 1944; in July it was sent to Lithuania, where it fought in the Courland Pocket until the end of the war, attached to the 14 the Panzer Division. Elements of the battalion were evacuated from Courland and transferred to the Western Front, where they subsequently surrendered to the Western Allies. A battle group with the last 15 Tiger tanks was left behind in Courland, where it surrendered to the Red Army.

Dragon 3in 1 kit with rudimentary interior taken from the Academey kit , AFV tracks , Voyeger photoetch , some refinementand and apoxie sculpt zimmerite.
